Foro is a personal tool for managing a sports-card collection, run at friends-and-family scale. This page explains, in plain English, what it stores and who it shares data with. If anything here is unclear, email support@forocollect.com.

What we store

How you sign in

Foro is passwordless: you enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link, so there's no password to store. Staying signed in uses a single first-party session cookie — no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.

Who else processes your data

Foro shares data with a few outside services, and only for the feature you're using at the time:

Error reporting

When something crashes, an error report is sent to Sentry so it can be fixed. Those reports are scrubbed before they leave Foro: session cookies, authorization headers, sign-in link tokens, and email addresses are removed, and your account is identified only by a numeric id.

What we don't do

Foro does not sell your data, does not show ads, and does not share your collection with anyone you didn't send it to yourself — for example, by publishing a listing to eBay.

Your data, and deleting your account

You can download your cards as a CSV spreadsheet at any time from Settings, and delete your account from the same place. Deletion is permanent and goes further than the export: it removes your cards, listings, images, saved views, settings, and stored eBay connection. Listings you already published to eBay stay live — you manage those in eBay.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions go to support@forocollect.com.
